Pros
1. Some of the projects has WFH facilities, which is a good thing. 2. You can balance a good work - life balance. 3. If you get a good rating then you get a good bonus at year end.
Cons
1. Sometimes your AVP/Sr. Managers determines your end year rating beforehand, even before having session C discussions. 2. Some of the projects don't have WFH facility, so you need to take late hours call from office.
