It’s a start up environment so things are growing and changing quickly.

I continue to be amazed by the technology this company is working on. PGT-P in particular is really impressive. I know people are cynical about tech companies nowadays, but I truly believe that test in particular is going to change the world. The benefits and salaries are also quite good. Not quite at FAANG level, but fairly competitive with offers from other companies I've worked at. All full-time employees get stock options or RSUs as well, which are a decent fraction of the regular salary.

There's a fair bit of stress that comes with working at a startup. I often work 10 hour days. This is not expected of employees and I know many here who call it quits at 5:00 every weekday, but I end up working late and often on the weekends. It's a start-up so expect to be wearing 3 hats and doing work you aren't an expert in.
