Pros
There is a fast paced work environment and if you are with the right people, you can learn a lot and share in opportunity. Unlimited income potential, but you really need to work hard to just not lose. Internal software is very good and other groups have different software based on their styles.
Cons
Eat what you kill, for the most part. Small Salary and percentage of trading profits. Mentally draining if you aren't performing well and there is not a lot the firm can do with a trader who doesn't do well.
