Pros
Pierre is a well respected CEO who cares about his people. Genetec continues to be a market leader in the physical security space. Company culture is work hard play hard and annual events are fun. Plenty of training opportunities. The business is healthy and expanding. Marketing team is ethical.
Cons
Pay raise is the same 3% every year. Do not expect a penny more. The commission plan is very complex and hard to understand. They pay okay but not great. Promote based on tenure more than talent in some cases. Opportunities for advancement are not plentiful.
