Pros
(from a tech team perspective) Nerdy and approachable people. Everyone is very responsive and generally willing to help each other out. Really cutting edge research. Interesting and technically challenging projects. Reasonable work expectations for a startup (not 40hrs/wk, but weekends/off time is respected)
Cons
The company built a mostly completely new leadership team as part of scaling within the last year. The leaders seem to be given a ton of leverage to act over their departments as they see fit, which results in a fragmented culture, confusion around priorities, and more difficulty getting the right context to push larger efforts. There's also a lot of hierarchy for the total size of all the tech+research teams.
