Management/Supervisors/Dispatchers are very rude and have a bad attitude Warehouse rude as well and have a bad attitude Equipment liftgates are sometime broken stuck or don't go down all the way Broken dock plates literally of almost hurt myself badly trying to lift up these dock plates they're not automatic dock plates they are manuals You have to supply yourself with your own straps and Dolly Route start time and end time start 6pm 7pm 8pm end around 3am 5am 6am or even later this isn't even you at the warehouse this is just the time you're done with on the route you still have to drive back to the warehouse and unload your own truck Paycheck is not worth to work not $260 or 280 a day that is a lie Dealing with the customer at the store is annoying and some of them waste your time on purpose Unloading your own truck there's Warehouse people there they don't do anything but watch you unload makes no sense Loading your own truck they don't do anything but watch you load again makes no sense Route is not in sequence bouncing all over the place the route is never in order you have to Route it yourself you'll be out there all day if not Waiting for sandwiches and donuts which could take up to 3 hours that comes from a semi truck to come to the warehouse Filling out a bunch of useless paperwork paperwork that's useless that doesn't even really matter just something to have you do something Any days you call out they write you up unless you have a doctor's note that says you cannot operate a semi truck that's the only way you won't get fired or a write-up Schedule work 5 days a week Shopping for product you're going to be going from one place to another looking for snacks sandwiches Donuts liquids chill crates patties chill product and overall it's going to be very time-consuming when you drive to a stop to do that
