      Leadership of company has no clue on who they have put in charge of managing the Cincinnati, OH store. The person in charge has never manged a retail store before and has no clue how to treat customers or employees.

      Pros

      Coming from a different jeweler, Genesis challenges me in the best way. I have furthered my education in this industry with Genesis. The Team and culture is a huge Pro here.

      Cons

      From 6-7pm can be pretty calm as far as traffic goes so being open that hour can feel like a drag.
