The pay is high, especially as a college grad. Schedule is nice. M-F, 7-3 with a built-in lunch. The work load is typically chill, until you gain more experience
Cons
As you gain more experience and skills, the more they dump on you. When someone quits or gets fired, they love waiting several months before hiring someone and making other people do their job to save money. The culture is heavily fear-oriented. Safety culture is unrealistic and overwhelming. If you mess up, instead of learning from it, you may lose your job.
