Flexibility with schedule, many locations

You won't get to use your vacation days. I still had to make up the time and they do not pay you out for your vacation time so use it or lose it before you decide to leave! Many employees who did not do their job and it made it that much harder to do my own, no problems ever resolved, very frustrating work environment.

I loved the work and wish I could have stayed there, but I need to be able to advance in my position and I didn't see that happening with this company.

I had a hard time with the negative outlook of employees and the lack of available opportunities for career advancement.
