      - Complete manpower - Chill

      Cons

      - Staff shoulders the petrol during power outages - They do not have a PCF/budget for supplies (during late delivery of supplies), for internet (staff needs to use their own internet), the branch has still (up to now since I resigned) defective air-conditioning unit which is part of the evaluation of FDA during visits.

      Pros

      Good working ambience, with health benefits, knowledge gaining about medicines specially about there indications and contraindications.

      Cons

      Low salary, limited benefits and unpaid overtime. increase of salary is debatable and sometimes you need to argue to the administration for you to have a raise of your salary.
