Benefits are awful. There are a lot of service failures due to drivers not delivering packages on time or being damaged (it happens a lot). Management treats you like crap. The Account Executive position is two jobs and you’re being paid for one. If the drivers fail, your commission takes a hit. You lose customers faster than you can retain them.
