Pros
Generally an easy job. You dont have to have a lot of product knowledge to be able to perform well. Anyone with basic computer skills, can answer a phone, and can sit in a chair for 10 hours will succeed.
Cons
10 hour days, and PTO system here is a joke. 10 days for 10 years? Really? How much you enjoy your time here directly depends on your branch manager. Mine was the last one to arrive, and the first to leave. As a result, a lot of the work i was doing had his name on it - one of the (many) reasons I left
