      Pros

      A team of intelligent do gooders that were hired to try to change the world. They pay well.

      Cons

      The company burned through millions of dollars in raised capital on bloated salaries for rich execs that knew exactly what they were doing. When other people came in to try to turn it around, it was too late. They are improving on their transparency and can hopefully turn the ship around.

      Very cutting-edge work. You're working and researching towards a goal of making energy out of nuclear fusion.

      Cons

      Since it's not a profitable company, there are a lot of downturns and financial issues that come around. This would be very stressful for someone who want to work there fulltime
