Company stability: even if a contract is lost, the company will ensure you're employed somewhere else. Decent pay: commensurate with the area in which I'm employed
Cons
Hollow shell: companies this large have no soul, can't develop a sense of pride for where I work. Minimal raises: still receive raises, but they regularly don't even compensate for inflation.
