Many vaction/sick days. Compenstation is great.

Communication from higher ups can be lack luster.

Initial Management was good, however went downhill fast

I was onboarded by an amazing manager, but they are a contracting company. They made horrible decisions to hire the wrong people at the wrong contract and got killed for it. I wish they didn't do this
