If you are an engineer and you like airplanes, this is a dream job. It's great to work with so many talented engineers.

Cons

The company has been and is growing so rapidly, that many processes and tools are new and changing as the company matures.

good work life balance, top level of management are engineers who care about the product, 9/80 is nice

Cons

slow pace, slow salary growth, your experience really depends on mid level management and you can easily fall through the cracks
