Pros

Great work to do. Pay is pretty good when you come in.

Cons

Too many managers. Too much oversight. Roles and responsibilities aren't well defined between people/groups which leads to a lot of infighting. Raises are terrible.

Pros

9/80 schedule, subsidized cafeterias, work-life balance, people that care deeply about their work and the product they make

Cons

Did have a 2-day in office hybrid schedule option that was supervisor-dependent. Company president said on a town hall that the schedule would not be changing- the next day his office puts out a policy that all employees are to be back in office by Jun 1 with an option to work from home 1-day a week. When asked about the impact of higher gas prices, the president of the company did not look phased or even aware that rising gas prices are affecting lower-level employees. The company is located in one of the most expensive parts of the nation.
