Great culture - Developer GeneXus Employee Review

Amazing group of people, been working there for over two years and everyone is just great. Company has a lot of career growth opportunities as they are open to hear what the employee wants. They are also very flexible with remote work as they will let you work from home as much as you like (at least in the R&D department)

The main drawback is salary, it is really great (and I think above average) when it comes to local job market but it really falls behind when you compare it with US salaries or even with local companies that work for the US. If you do not work in R&D then your expertise will basically be in GeneXus technologies and that will kind of corner you to only work for them or a company that uses a GeneXus technology

Genuinely nice people and fine work atmosphere. A lot of opportunities to work closely with very large corporations and partners. Lots of opportunities to learn - but not a lot of facilities.

Not very challenging. A few engineers don't seem to really care much about anything any more. Future of the company uncertain.
