Pros
Not the worst company to work for, but then again, it's no pony ride either. Organisation and management are a bit all over the place, but lately, they did notice, something needs to change. So things are moving towards bringing a company to the next level a big organisation like this deserves. Overall it's quite an ok place to work. You can gain quite some experience as to how the company's development, business and organisational expectations come together to move the company forward.
Cons
Not enough experienced people in middle management positions and other domains, causing quite some mess in the workflow. You do want to jump out of the window when you get 10000 different requirements that don't make sense that you have to implement by yesterday.
