Pros

not much pros as the jobs described are never the same and there are pay discrepancies across the board for the same positions. Benefits are expensive Some people are nice in other departments however, there is a lot of micromanagement in the sales department. You need to be careful not to be away from your desk for more than 5 minutes....They will "roam the halls" looking for you. You can get overtime with the timekeeping system and come earlier if needed. Make sure to set your schedule... their HR person is not onsite and will notify everything to the Department Heads. Even if you have someone you report to, they are not the ones who manage you. The HR admin is the best and does the most in their position and will have the info you need, however there is still only so much they will tell you. So make sure to ask this person for the info before accepting the role.

Cons

They say you only have the day to accept the job offer.... make sure to read fine print as well a your application to make sure of what you are getting yourself into. micro management no job security jobs are not as described unless its lab work or accounting You can get written up for menial things

Pros

Working at GeneID Lab has been both challenging and rewarding. Like many growing companies, there have been operational growing pains, evolving processes, and periods where communication or structure could improve. The pace can be demanding, and expectations are high, especially in a fast-moving healthcare and diagnostics environment. That said, one thing I genuinely respect is the company’s commitment to growth and improvement. Leadership is continuously working to build better systems, strengthen accountability, and create long-term opportunities for both employees and provider partners. There is a strong focus on patient impact, innovation in genetic testing, and providing meaningful healthcare solutions. The culture tends to favor people who are adaptable, self-motivated, and willing to help shape the future rather than expect a perfectly polished organization from day one. Employees who take initiative and embrace change can have significant opportunities to grow professionally and make an impact. No company is perfect, especially during periods of rapid expansion, but I’m proud of the progress being made and optimistic about where GeneID is headed in the future.

Cons

Fast-paced environment with evolving processes and high expectations. Fast-paced environment with evolving processes and high expectations. 45 days max to close on your 1st account. Not for the weak.
