Pros

Management is amazing. Very helpful and supportive. Always willing to find time for coaching. Daily calls with team to get to know other callers and build a team atmosphere. Great clients and management very open to caller input and recommendations. On going training available when new software or process is implemented. Opportunities to speak directly with clients and participate in client meetings to better understand campaigns. Very flexible schedules to fit work around when you are available. Great work/life balance.

Cons

No pay raises, same pay across the board regardless of quality of work or length of time with the company. This is contract work so there are no benefits and no PTO. Unpaid holidays and multiple days before and after most major holidays. Employment can be terminated very suddenly with out any notice and for any reason by owner. Account manager turnover is very high which makes for some additional challenges. No opportunities for advancement.

Pros

Great leads, they are very supportive and you are able to work your own schedule, from home. They are always available if you need any help. David, the owner, has got on the phone with me more than once to help hone my skills.

Cons

You need to be able to stay focused at home, and you need a good internet connection, hard wired.

Pros

You can build your own part-time schedule.

Cons

High turnover. No communication from account managers. Management is incompetent. You will not get full-time hours. Tools for the job are old and outdated. Can't send emails or leave voicemails for prospects.
