      Pros

      Lots of inter-disciplinary work. Dynamic environment. Hands on experience in multiple domains. Colleagues are very helpful. Management cares a lot about employees. Work with IIT Delhi.

      Office was a little small.

      Pros

      There is nothing to like.

      Cons

      No work-life balance Have to work 10:30am - 8:00pm Sometimes they will ask you to work 38 - 39 hours continuously without extra pay or leave. Like you will start on Monday work whole night without sleep and leave the office on Tuesday 9:00pm. People don't get their salary for 2-4 months. So if you have financial problem, don't join. No job security, they can kick you out anytime and it is for almost everyone.
