Pros

Hypergrowth industry; awesome culture; managed by young, smart, like-minded business graduates; privately funded by world-class venture capitalists; lots of opportunity to grow (advancment and compensation/benefits). I personally witnessed atleast 5 internal promotions in about 3 months. You will be rewarded when you perform. If you want to help people save money and protect the environment, Gen110 is a great place to advance your career.

Cons

Non-traditional work schedule, although this can be a plus (especially in SoCal). Have to be prepared to stay busy, as there are alot of customers and prospective customers.

risk of awkward/hostile interactions, exhausting to communicate patiently with everyone, bonus dependent not just on your work but also on the house's eligibility which is not entirely within your control

Pros

Flexible hours for students & high energy team members make this an attractive employment option for younger applicants. Promoting cheaper energy alternatives is beneficial both for the environment and consumers. You're not a salesman, all you do is generate viable leads.

Cons

Canvassing can be difficult in a market already inundated by companies trying to sell anything related to solar energy. Scripts can be a bit awkward and wordy. Although the program administrators may have approved the script, verbiage can be misleading, and in at least one instance altogether erroneous. There's insufficient transparency between the various positions and company practices. With current company restructuring, hopefully this will be rectified. Meeting the established weekly quota can be difficult. There is an element of luck involved, although there are many other factors that play into it. There's a very high OS rotation, meaning that most won't be with the company for very long. As such, bonuses aren't something that should be counted on as you must be a current employee to be eligible when the requirements are met and the company can pay it. If you have a tendency to let your mood affect your social interaction, you'll struggle when confronted with rude residents. The company claims to value integrity, but the ethical bankruptcy of a few has permeated every level.
