-worldwide coverage. -flexibility for working hours, place and way of conducting the activity. -internal interpersonal cooperation. -swimming pool at the company's HQ. -informal activities 2/3 times per year. -no micromanagement.
Cons
-software equipment having a series of bugs all the time. -not taking into consideration the customer's voice when it comes to the functional improvements to be developed. -lacking general official communication and transparency. -poor/inexistent long-term strategy. -no marketing team, although it has been tried two times to build-up one. -products promotion close to 0, if we remove the one and only brochure, updated mostly once per year, and with very much effort from multiple departments. -bad price decision for some software tools, affecting negatively the selling and the selling process. -excepting the commissioning, there are no other compensations (13th salary, possibility of acquiring shares, bonus at the end of the year or for high achievements/performances).
