Good benefits that’s really about it. If you want a job you can get away with doing the bare minimum with no consequences this is the job for you!
Cons
Expected to do everyone’s work for them. Management pushes you to your limit and doesn’t do anything about others who don’t do their work. Management picks favorites and covers up for them. Management is inappropriate with the people below them. Management makes it seem like you will never get another job if you quit. You will never get your breaks.
