Run away while you still can - Program Manager Geiger Employee Review

Its based on a 40 hour week - overtime is paid as overtime

I preferred being on salary so when I am working on something I don't need to stop when its the end of the day or I've hit my 40 hours. I can finish and be done with it.

I worked for the Farmers' Almanac, owned by Geiger, for four years and had a fantastic experience. This family-owned company treats their employees with respect and appreciation. I would highly recommend working with Geiger.

I can't think of any cons.
