Pros

Choose your days you want to be rostered on, flexible roster, always paid on time Management communicate well, are clear about expectations You can work as many or little hours as you want Good work for students, creatives or freelancers / self employed who are looking to supplement their income Friendly peers, other students etc

Cons

Management invests a lot of time in processes and efficiency so expect periodic performance reviews and lots of stats on how you can improve. Would suit someone who is open to feedback and willing to work quickly Call centre environment

Pros

- Work from home? - Pay is slightly above average.

Cons

- understaffed so you get bombarded by calls 24/7 - awful customers as the service sucks - management is probably the worst I have ever experienced at any job ever - 3/4 of the employees are incompetent with no accountability - they force you to take your breaks at specific times and if you don't go at that exact time they will make you feel awful and like you have killed someone. - lots and lots of favouritism of staff. - Rostering is terrible - The cons are honestly endless, I would not ever bother working here - They will allow you to do some work in a different area to give you some hope you might be able to move up in the company and then they will give it to someone else who has no experience.
