Pros

Great Franchise Partners! Very helpful! My Franchise Partner is great at developing recruiters and is dedicated to my success. All of the recruiters that I work with are fantastic! Great quality of life! Work from home! I couldn't be happier.

Cons

It's tough starting out. No salary or benefits. Commission only! Be prepared to wait three or four months before you get your first commission check. Its not a shock to a new recruiter. Your Franchise Partner will tell you from the beginning. It takes patience and hard work!

Strong sense of community and support prior to the acquisition Fair pay and generally respectful treatment of employees Meaningful recognition and incentives pre-acquisition, including trips, awards, and company events Engaged and collaborative franchise community Positive momentum and optimism early in the acquisition process

Cons

Company culture significantly declined after the acquisition Loss of family-oriented environment and employee recognition programs Leadership became rigid, corporate, and less accessible Promises made during the transition were not upheld Increased workload and expectations with reduced support Unprofessional political discussions in the workplace
