      Low salary. Timetracker makes screenshot of desktop. Short deadlines and constant status requirements, strict control. Work on weekends without extra payment, crunch. Sudden dismissals without payment of wages.

      I don't think there is any pros in this . Let's took at the cons

      Cons

      Very poor work life balance, using time tracker and taking screenshots every 3 minutes Even this also need to update status every time. Overtime work very hectic and burnout . Very low salary and sudden dismiss and terminate the employment without finishing the training period. Litterly awful
