THE UPPER MANAGEMENT OF THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE; they lie blatantly during the interview and pressure you to join quickly. They are good at making false promises. Associates cannot make deals anymore or help out customers. Associates are given little resources to actually sell products. People also keep resigning because culture is so toxic. BE WARNED! YOU CANNOT RELY ON THIS JOB FOR STEADY INCOME.
