      A close-knit group that works hard to ensure they provide a valuable service to the buyers they represent and sellers they engage with. You will be expected to cover a variety of responsibilities and there is consistent room to take on more if you perform well.

      Cons

      None that I can think of, perform well, and get rewarded.
