Pros
Long time in the business, well established, friendly stuff, somewhat easy commute from NYC. Most of employees work there for over ten years. Owners come to work every day, very down to earth couple.
Cons
If you are good in what you are doing and survive working there for more than a year - more likely bosses will show appreciation by giving you small raise and overload you with more work. Some account managers stay there till 8 PM to complete their job and come to work as early as 6 AM. Some come to work on Saturday - now that is voluntarily and therefore not paid for. Kitchen needs a major upgrade, actually whole office is due to carpet/walls/bathrooms remodeling and painting. Very old and scrappy looking.
