Cons
Long, strange hours that are scheduled on 12 hours notice. Scheduling manager is largely unmotivated and is a beneficiary of nepotism, ensuring that his job is secure no matter how badly he wiffs. Very little communication between employees, constant conflict, absolutely no benefits. No health, no vision, no dental, no 401k for *one year*. No growth potential
