Cons
If all you want to do is put in time and cash your check, this is not the place for you. The CEO has built the business on the principle of exceeding the expectations of demanding clients. That can't be done without demanding a lot from employees. If you are up to challenging work for demanding, detail and deadline-oriented clientele, then you'll find this fun and rewarding. If you don't like that kind of pressure, then look elsewhere.
