Cons
Terrible interview process. Garney jerks you around making you have to 4-5 interviews which take in excess of an hour each. Garney makes a lot of promises such as the location they tell you that you'll be placed in, per diem promises and other benefits, but those all become non-existent when you become employed. This company expects it's people to work 12-13 hours a day 6-7 days a week for a very sub-par salary. This is the only company I've ever worked for that doesn't pay per diem to travel.
