Pros
Flexible schedule, good people, good benefits. Cafeteria on the top floor is a good option during the winter and the offices are overall spacious.
Cons
Company is a little too big for it's own good sometimes, can make it difficult to get things done and move up. Too many cooks in the kitchen a lot of the time.
