Pros

You will find some good co-workers here. Some people are a little lazy but overall it's a good group. You will learn some things working here and you will learn a lot of what not to do. It get's your foot in the door if nothing else.

Cons

Management is extremely weak. People seem to get promoted to mid tier management for maybe the wrong reasons.(politics versus merit) Middle management really don't seem to do anything except for the occasional blame game. Pointing fingers is a way of life for management in this company. No one feels responsible for anything. Upper level management participates in pointing fingers as well and are generally too far removed from knowing what is actually happening in the company. Upper management tends to not listen to the issues presented by employees despite the fact that a majority of employees have similar complaints. Communication overall is very very poor. Frequently people don't know when their deadlines are or what their deliverables are. Neither do the producers/project managers. Morale is very low. Very good working level employees are laid off and useless people and middle managers aren't. There is currently just about a 1:1 ratio between people with management titles and just working employees. People feel beat down and don't know what their actual role in the company is.

Pros

Good benefits, base plus commission so if you want more money you sell more. You get what you put in. Flexible schedule. Family type environment. Tools provided to provide great service, samples, no charge credit for us to allocate as needed to assist our customers.

Cons

I really don’t have any cons, after having my own businesses I think the ecxpectations are attainable.

Pros

Thorough training and onboarding, nice manager

Cons

Super low pay for job itself, commissions are low & and only are dispersed when product ships (which could be months), not autonomous, micromanaged, dress code of not wearing nice jeans didn’t make sense (meeting with retail stores not doctors), hand had to pay for iPad monthly insurance fee. I’ve had sales positions in the past and never had to pay any fees on equipment.
