1. You are bullied into working 24*7. Expect to work regularly on weekends, late nights and holidays with no prior notice. Be ready to sacrifice your personal life completely 2. Project leads have very little knowledge and are extremely rude and unprofessional. They will be first to take credit when something goes right but will also be first to abscond or shift blame on junior members when things go wrong 3. Extremely high attrition. You can expect your project team to change every month. People leave the company at the first opportunity and many a times those remaining will have to take on the additional burden without any support 4. You will be thrown into projects with unrealistic timelines ( management agrees to everything the client says and have no bargaining power whatsoever) with no training or even a proper communication of what the deliverables are 5.
