You get more experience talking to people even though you’re talking/bugging to people in Walmart to buy an upgrade or switch to xfinity
If you work there for a bit and decide it’s not for you, good luck getting a paycheck
Cons
-I didn’t get paid for the time I worked there. So I worked for free for a week 8:30am-7:30pm every day (that’s not legal btw)
-You don’t get weekends, you get a Sunday off = no work-life balance
- many of the people working here are young and naive. This is NOT how it’s like working for a company especially a “fortune 100” unless if it’s Amway
- Your day to day (no matter what position you are except for the CEOs) is standing at Walmart for hours trying to sell xfinity while wearing a suit.
-You have to use your car to drive to these locations and I don’t know how they determine how much to reimburse you for the use of your car
-there’s no clocking in, clocking out for lunch, nothing of that sort.
- no benefits whatsoever
-they tell you that you can open your own store at another city but they tell this to everyone
