      Pros

      Gamemode One has been putting in a lot of effort to shape a company culture that is beneficial to both the employer and employee. Employees here enjoy a lot of freedom in how they work; including flexible hours, unlimited time off, and a non-adverserial relationship with leadership.

      Cons

      Gamemode One is a young company and sometimes falls into the traps that growing companies tend to. The company has changed a lot and seems like it will continue to change, and while these changes are largely for the better, it does create some instability while working here.

      Pros

      Company culture is stellar - Genuine feedback is valued and challenging upwards is encouraged. Management is engaged, down to earth, and transparent. Team wellbeing is the top priority. Happy teams make excellent games. Time off is flexible and generous.

      Cons

      Projects often need more time than they are initially given. Deadlines are pushed back to accommodate when possible but the final stretch can be exhausting work.
