      Pros

      Mike Fadden and the executive leadership team at Galls have done an outstanding job building a positive and inclusive work culture. Many of the people who work here are veterans or former law enforcement and everyone is passionate about "serving those who serve".

      Cons

      The company is growing aggressively, so there are a lot of new faces and it feels like we are constantly bringing new people up to speed (not really a con as this is a good problem to have)

      Pros

      -As with ALL jobs there are some great people to connect with - so that's a PRO for any job.

      Cons

      The systems they have in place are a nightmare causing loss of productivity for all employees. Perplexing that day upon day they spin their wheels trying to solve the same problem over and over but never find a solution. Horrible communication yet they want you to tell them every move. Micromanagement from insecure managers. Snide remarks from management. Often heard other team members participating in racist remarks & ageism. Filthy branch environment in some locations. Management that "no shows" for appointments they set with you. Subpar pay, not great benefits Toxic environment as far as work environments go.
