      Good Training process, only 8 months with this employer.

      Cons

      After 8 months a group (15) of us was TRICKED into a conference room and laid off. Galls did not want us to even retrieve prescription drugs that were left on our desks. About $100.00 of my property was NEVER returned. Beware of this Employer! If this employer asks you to go to a conference room, make sure you get ALL of your belongings / property first. Do not trust them!

      Pros

      -As with ALL jobs there are some great people to connect with - so that's a PRO for any job.

      Cons

      The systems they have in place are a nightmare causing loss of productivity for all employees. Perplexing that day upon day they spin their wheels trying to solve the same problem over and over but never find a solution. Horrible communication yet they want you to tell them every move. Micromanagement from insecure managers. Snide remarks from management. Often heard other team members participating in racist remarks & ageism. Filthy branch environment in some locations. Management that "no shows" for appointments they set with you. Subpar pay, not great benefits Toxic environment as far as work environments go.
