Pros
Great company for sales people. Company continues to grow through acquisitions. Great co-workers with a lot of experience and knowledge. Location was easy to get to from multiple transportation methods.
Cons
The culture is changing quickly. Merit increases and promotions are based on who you know not your individual contribution. There is a lot of cronyism and nepotism throughout the organization. Salary and hiring freezes are frequent. Benefits are more expensive every year.
