Pros

Salary is decent. 35 hour work week. If you're good, they leave you alone.

Cons

There is a very strong learning curve with the technology. Know this coming in. It takes about 4 months to get the swing of things. Take notes!!! There is no true manual, you will get your info from the seasoned employees. TAKE NOTES, TAKE NOTES. You will never remember all of the steps and there are no prompts. Negotiate your salary up before you start. Raises are minimal and usually not at all. Many, many years (3-5 years) of no raises. You may get a bonus of $1500. and see about $700. after taxes. Come in at a salary you will be ok with forever. "If" you end up with a raise at some point it will be 2% max and then nothing for a few more years.

Pros

Great work-life balance as a remote employee. Management is approachable and genuinely willing to help when it comes to workload — you never feel like you're on your own.

Cons

Mentorship is largely self-driven. if you don't seek it out yourself, it won't come to you. Systems and internal processes can be slow and tedious, which adds friction to an already fast-paced workload. Compensation does not reflect the complexity or volume of work expected. High performers who are ready for the next step would benefit from clearer, more proactive promotion paths. When that structure is missing, talented people disengage quietly long before they ever leave.
