The office is near a train station.
Cons
Leadership is questionable. A lot of emphasis on ‘years’ of experience rather than looking at capability which is causing a lot of efficiency issues. Company seems to have a focus on rolling out AI however there is a lack of general know-how on basic systems. There is something innocuous around pay and bonus payments with this company - I can’t put my finger on it but it’s bad.
