I learned how a good manager is before joining gallabox and now ik how a worse manager can be

Cons

Everything Pay You have to work for 12 hours They won’t mention during hiring process but you will have to come to office on Saturday too Office politics at its peak They have family member or family friend of co founders leading all the verticals so you will never be able to scale because they are going to be there
