Incredibly motivated team that cares about their organization, its mission, and its work. Multi-cultural and bi-lingual work environment that was very stimulating to be part of. Great benefits, pretty good salary, lots of flexibility thanks to remote work. Travel to Galapagos to meet with Ecuador team members and help on org's projects was a real benefit. A mission-oriented organization making a difference for its target - the amazing Galapagos.

Salaries are OK, can be a challenge to work remotely and sustain momentum working independently, high expectations for productivity from everyone for working to save Galapagos - no end of work to be done.
