      Opportunity to work on some unique projects.

      Cons

      Non-competitive pay. Work/Life balance isn't a consideration. Good ole' boy management-style. Of the 20+ company department leads/managers/directors/VP's none are women. Culture & management-style is circa 1980's.

      Pros

      The product is amazing and customers love it. Fast paced innovation and an ability to drive impact. Collaborative and helpful coworkers who are very driven. Very flexible work schedule.

      Cons

      There was some sales turnover early on due to underperformance and lack of management, but the team is steady now and the logos the team are winning is very impressive.

      Coworkers, pay structure (weekly), benefits, flexible start/end time.

      Cons

      Tyrannical upper management, micromanaging, VERY little pay for work done. If you are a man, you’ll do great here.
