nice and opened discussions small teams - good communications channels among GOP employees acting like a family ( with their pro &cons ) flexible and opened ; no micro-management good working atmosphere and working colleagues
Cons
mostly driven to a French speaking market in Switzerland. do not provide external certified trainings , just internal ones with no added value. Top Management just focused on get you on "missions" but not really taking in consideration employee needs or wishes.
