Informal company with lots of opportunities in all areas, with up-to-date technology (specially in IT and Engineering) and lots of big and challenging projects. Good for those who want a fast career growth.
Cons
Together with all the opportunities the company tends to require a lot of effort, time and dedication from it's employees, which means lots of hours working and a good amount of pressure to deal with. Compared to the market, doesn't pay very well
